#1025 Dead Sea Anchors

This week’s program covers some recent news developments, including the archaeology of the Old Testament city of Hebron, and the discovery of anchors from Dead Sea boats. In 1986 two men from Kibbutz Ginosar discovered the 2,000-year old “Jesus boat” along the shore of the Sea of Galilee when levels were unusually low. Well, the levels of the Dead Sea are continually dropping. So that would presumably reveal additional ancient artifacts. And in program #1025, we have some evidence that is the case.
