The latest issue of Biblical Archaeology Review brings word of the passing of Professor John Trever. He was a key figure in the story of the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls. We were fortunate to have recorded his presentation at a symposium to mark the 40th anniversary of the discovery of the scrolls. Let’s see, that would be in 1988. We are rebroadcasting that series in his memory.
