Christian church after the Bible ended. He lived in the port city created by King Herod just a few centuries after the time of Jesus and was the first historian to write about the history of the Christian church.

We talked with professor Paul Maier several decades ago, around the same time we discussed Josephus. Professor Maier retired from Western Michigan University in 2011, at the age of 81, and became professor emeritus. 1. FYI – The audio link on your site seems to be about the last episode 1886 (not Eusebius 1887).

So, I manually changed the numbers in the link from 1886 to 1887 – and that worked for me.

Guessing many won’t think to do this though.
